The Sales Specialist is in charge of meeting yearly sales and debt targets set by the National Sales Manager. Main tasks include reaching sales goals, forecasting for production, and analyzing market potential.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the annual personal sales/debt assigned by the National Sales Manager.
- Responsible for ensuring the annual sales target of the product category in the assigned area.
- Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly forecast to adapt the production/ importation timelines across multiple departments.
- Analyze potential and select key targets to ensure that plans turn into actions through assigned sales targets and action plans.
- Networking & Relationship building supervise and provide strong support to existing and potential customers in all aspects of developing the product category in the assigned area.
- Proposing selling prices, and strategies; Implementing initiatives, and improving the market penetration of customers in the assigned area.
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly reports and plan budget for 3 - 5 years.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development.
- Analyze market data in the assigned area to develop sales strategies for the product category and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
- Collaborate closely with Technical, Production, Marketing Departments, and other Salesmen in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
- Use the Technology to the benefit and advantage of the product category.
- Ensure the application of the waterproofing product know-how within the Company and relevant sales and service organization. Ensure the promotional mix is matched to market needs.
- Undertaking or assigning the responsibility for making samples/demos, and testing products according to the requirements of the project or the product category.
- Making a presentation in seminars, launches, demonstrations, and training for clients and employees for the assigned product category in the assigned area.
- Together with National Sales Manager to solve any problems, or issues which arise in the assigned product category, and the assigned product system.
- Together with Technical Manager, QC Manager, and Factory Manager to check, and evaluate the quality of products if any defects of products happen.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the National Sales Manager/ General Manager.
