Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Delivery Tasks
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand the overall scope of the project.
- Conduct detailed meetings regarding training projects with companies.
- Interpretation (e.g., interpreting between Vietnamese training instructors and clients)
- Translation of training materials.
- Prepare reports after the completion of training.
2. Sales Activity Support
- Create sales materials and accompany sales team to propose training services.
3. General Affairs Tasks
- Handle general affairs tasks that arise in the HCM office, such as manage supplies and arrange hotels and flights for instructors.
