We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, driving new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support in collaboration with our internal Quality Assurance (QA) team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for following tasks at a manufacturer trading company that handles screws and industrial materials.
- Follow-up on existing clients (estimates, delivery, inventory management, etc.)
- New development sales.
- Customer support in interaction with internal QA team.
- Japanese: N2 level (ability to communication with internal Japanese).
- Manufacturer sales experience: Above 1 year (e.g. metal processing, resin processing, etc.)
└Experience in chemicals, electronic products, or sales using catalog cannot apply.
- Those who can go on a business trip (southern area/about once a month).
- Graduated from an engineering department (mechanical, electrical, automatic equipment, materials engineering, etc.) is plus.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is plus.
└Knowledge of machining, plastic injection molding, and surface treatment is a plus.
