We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for proposing optimal insurance programs tailored to the client's business environment and risk situation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and comprehensive coverage.
Responsibilities:
Propose the optimal insurance program at an appropriate cost according to the client's business environment and risk situation.
[Workflow]
1. Hearing from clients (Evaluate current insurance content and understand risks and needs)
2. Negotiation with Insurance Companies (Negotiate with multiple insurance companies based on client's needs)
3. Proposal to the clients
4. Execution Support After Proposal Agreement (such as insurance switching)
[Additional Information]
- Main Customers: Japanese manufacturing companies
- New Sales (50%): Often gain contacts through introductions from existing customers or participation in business party etc.
- Existing Sales (50%): Annual insurance renewal tasks. Progress tasks 1 to 4 systematically towards the renewal date.
- Overnight business trips are basically not required. If any, only a few times a year.
- Others: A Japanese senior staff may accompany appointments, but if the main counterpart is Vietnamese, you may visit alone.
