Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, with a focus on silicone products for various industries including electronics, OA machines, vehicles, cosmetics, and textiles. This role requires a balance of maintaining existing business, expanding business with current customers, and acquiring new clients. 

Responsibilities:

1. Ratio of new/existing customers
- 40%: following up the existing business
- 40%: Expanding new business from existing customers, such as proposing a new product or transferring from another company.
- 20%: Approaching to new clients (Totally new or have a relationship in other companies such as China)

2. Company Capital
- 20% of our customers are Japanese capital.
- 80% of our customers are either local capital or other international capital.

3. Business Items
- Business items: The current main silicone items around Hanoi is ones for electronic component company. However, you will work for other industries as well such as OA machines, vehicle, cosmetics, textile etc..  
- Selling style: It will be a proposal-based sales approach to propose what silicone products would be useful depending on the product the customers produce.

4. The communication with Singapore
- You will have frequent communicates with the head office in Singapore, regarding the provision of samples, quotations and other documents, and the delivery process.

Yêu cầu công việc

- BtoB sales / More than 3 years.
- English(Advanced).
- The sales of any materials (not finished products) in trading or manufacture companies.
