We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team at a leading general construction company. The candidate will be responsible for driving new development sales and building strong relationships with clients in the factory, commercial facilities, and other construction sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute new sales strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities.
- Approach and engage potential customers based on in-house developed sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with another Vietnamese sales staff specializing in architecture to ensure comprehensive client solutions.
- Conduct sales activities within designated areas including HCM (Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Can Tho, etc.), with potential travel to northern/central areas (Hai Phuong, Da Nang, etc.) as required.
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients such as real estate development companies, industrial parks, and manufacturing industries.
