- Training of field sales staff (GT, MT channel).
- Convey instructions from the head office to the sales (outside sales) team.
- Manage sales members at all position levels.
- Sales planning and sales  (often working outside the company, but not selling products).
∟ Sales strategies and plans are primarily developed by the CEO.

- Experience as an area leader/manager of the GT channel.
- English or Japanese speaking.
- Experience in sales management by DMS.
- Experience in sales strategy and sales planning.

* Benefit:
