Head of Project Sales and Management Department leads the sales team, develops strategies, and manages projects to achieve company goals. The role includes finding customers/partners, handling contracts and risks, and ensuring smooth coordination for successful project delivery.
* Responsibilities:
- Find customers, develop sales and build sales team.
- Develop and implement a sales plan according to the assigned objectives of B.O.D.
- Looking for partners, opportunities to cooperate in offering products and services of the company.
- Consulting and building sales plans/strategies.
- Advise the B.O.D in developing business and sales policies.
- Implement monthly, quarterly and yearly business plans.
- Update information and search for customers.
- Assess contract risks and work closely with stakeholders to mitigate risks.
- Evaluate effectiveness, analyze & recommend adjustments to company business policies.
- Manage projects to ensure project progress and terms and conditions according to contracts signed with customers.
- Resolve and propose solutions to all issues arising during project implementation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, divisions of the Company and other partners, contractors and investors to complete the project in the best way.
- Report progress on project implementation results to B.O.D and stakeholders.
- Make monthly, quarterly and annual saless plans and propose directions and solutions to B.O.D
- Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly business activity reports.
- Other related tasks arising during the performance of work under the direction of B.O.D
