Sales Executive (Japanese speaker)

We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage route sales and sales administration duties for our clients in Hai Duong. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders, managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and addressing quality issues post-delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1. You will handle the route sales of the clients in Hai Duong.

2. You will work for the following sales admin duties.
- Receive PO from customers via Internet
- Issue PO to our parents company(Singapore) based on forecast and our warehouse stock quantity
- Checking inventory warehouse status IN/OUT/BALANCE
- Confirm payments to customer
- Handling delivery order from customers and preparing delivery instructions to warehouse
- Managing, closing, all report relating weekly/monthly sales
- Responsible for monthly forecast
- Filing all necessary document in order for delivery

3. Response to quality defects after product delivery
- When something problems happens, you will visit clients in Hai Duong.

- Japanese skill (N2 equivalent).
- Experience as a sales over 3 years.
- Some experience in sales admin.
- Some experience in QC (because of 3 on job description).
- Experience as a sales in electric industry.
