We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support sales team in managing documentation and facilitating smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Documents support.
- Issuing Purchase Contract, Sales Contract, shipment
- Following the delivery, arrange Introduction for delivery, payment, checking customer & supplier information as appoint & so on,….
- 2 ~ 3 years as sales assistant in Import Export Company with below understanding and knowledge:
- Incoterm.
- International payment term, especially L/C, TTR.
- Vessel/container shipment and related conditions (free time, term …)
- Shipping docs, especially bill of lading.
- Credit issue.
- Report (shipping report, statistic …)
- English: good at 4 skills.
