The Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager supports the supervisor with administrative tasks and sales operations. This role includes overseeing trading companies and suppliers while analyzing project data to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support supervisor in managing administrative work, sales operation.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing the work performance of trading companies, suppliers and reporting to supervisor.
- Carry out tasks assigned by superiors clearly, accurately and with the highest efficiency.
- Find out project information through news, popular media information, relationship networks and other sources of information and analyze and evaluate the content of information sources.
- Visit customer regularly to increate new and potential clients.
- Capture information related to the construction industry. Especially in the field of developing infrastructure projects, port, harbor, and energy field.
- Approach and meeting customers, clients/owners/developers, consultant to discuss and seeking for opportunity to propose application of product (steel pipe pile).
- Learn and have deep knowledge understanding of the structure of the project to follow.
- Keep and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Other tasks as being assigned.
