Responsibilities:

- Planning, running, and following up on business seminars related to organizational reform consulting and human resource development.
- Acquiring leads from customers (collecting business cards and information), customer management, and renewal work.
- Responding to various inquiries and obtaining appointments from customers.
- Planning, running, and following up on email magazines.
- Website updates and management work.
- Planning, running, and following up on promotional strategies using SNS (Facebook and YouTube).
- Planning, running, and executing work to improve the company's branding.
- Collaboration with external marketing companies.

- Qualifications: N2 or above is preferred, experience in sales and marketing at a Japanese company, IT skills, marketing skills.
- Honest, humble, eager to learn, and able to work in cooperation with others.
- Those who are highly interested in consulting and marketing work and have a high level of professionalism.
- Those who have an attachment to the cultures of Japan and Vietnam and a high sense of service to customers.
