The Marketing Team Leader plans and runs marketing strategies to boost profits. Lead the team, manage digital channels, study market trends, and support sales.
Responsibilities:
- Planning/execution/evaluation/improvement of marketing-related measures aimed at maximizing profits based on company policy.
- Establishment and development of our marketing team.
- Other support for sales administration staff and sales market staff.
- Management & improvement of company website (homepage).
- Management & operation of company SNS official account.
- Preparing advertisement materials.
- Management & analysis of customers and users.
- Collecting information on competitors' marketing-related measures.
- Understanding & analysis of market needs and related market environment.
- Market visit including survey and/or support for sales staff.
- Planning marketing measures based on various information and company policies.
- Execution of existing measures and newly planned measures.
- Evaluation and analysis of various measures, proposal and execution of improvement measures based on analysis results.
- Management of the marketing team's budget and personnel, and execution of related tasks.
- Proposals for various measures aimed at developing the marketing team.
- Execution of other sales-related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (majors in marketing or related fields preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher (majors in marketing or related fields preferred)
- At least one year of experience leading a marketing-related team or project (candidates with practical experience in the feed livestock industry or in Japanese companies are preferred).
- Ability to follow discipline, take initiative, and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to advance work.
- Ability to collect and analyze information appropriately based on hypotheses and to think logically.
- Ability to report and propose to superiors, including the Board of Directors (BOD), in an appropriate manner.
- Adaptability to the feed industry.
- Smooth communication skills.
- Willing to be on business trip when needed.
- Basic skills: marketing planning and management, Canva design, Content writing.
- Fluent in English communication (particularly Speaking + Writing)
