Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and promoting the company’s brand in Vietnam’s construction market. The role covers strategy, content and digital marketing, PR, events, and market research to enhance brand presence and industry connections.
* Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Planning and Execution
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis in the Vietnamese construction market.
- Develop brand positioning and localized brand messages.
- Plan and conduct customer interviews and market research.
- Prepare monthly market reports in Vietnamese and English.
2. Public Relations and Industry Networking
- Write and submit articles to construction industry media.
- Build relationships with associations.
- Network with architects and engineers.
- Draft and distribute press releases.
3. Content Creation and Management
- Create product documents and catalogs (with Vietnamese localization)
- Manage and update the official website and social media (Facebook, Zalo)
- Conduct project interviews, write case stories, and take photos.
- Post on social media 2–3 times per week.
4. Digital Marketing
- Run Google/Facebook ad campaigns in Vietnamese.
- Optimize SEO and website content.
- Handle inquiries and manage lead database.
- Analyze web traffic and propose improvements.
5. Event and Trade Show Management
- Prepare and manage company participation in trade shows and technical seminars.
- Organize events in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Coordinate meetings with construction firms and design offices.
- Attend industry events to gather market intelligence.
