We are looking for a Candidate for an Management Executive Position to guide and lead our entire software development business at VIETNAM. This position focuses on organizational management, training, team management, and establishing strategic goals to grow the organization from a scale 40 people to approximately 100 people.
Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Management
- Direct the organizational structure in line with the company's growth and improve the level of the organization with your own specialized field. (PM Management/QCQA Management etc...)
- Establish and maintain management processes to optimize organizational performance.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to scale the organization from 40 to 100 people.
- Build the management process and manage on-site in order to withstand organizational expansion with Chairman/CEO/CTO.
2. Team Management and Training
- Recruit, manage, and develop staff to ensure effective contribution towards common goals.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team (especially your own specialized field).
- Initiate and propose solutions to improve work performance and team cohesion within the organization.
- Train the next trainer candidates to promote training at the company.
3. Strategy and Vision
- Contribute to the development of long-term vision and growth strategy for the company.
- Direct and manage the implementation of strategic goals, ensuring all projects and activities support the overall objectives of the organization.
4. Project Management
- Support and oversee project managers in executing major company projects.
- Ensure projects are carried out according to established processes, timelines, and objectives
- Not only project but also design, implement, and improve organizational management processes.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the industry
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the PM or QCQA Management
- More than 3 years of management experience with 20 or more members
(Sufficient experience in human resource development and human resource evaluation is required)
- Japanese Skill more than N2
- Basic management knowledge such as having experience in PL responsibility for own department

- Outstanding Leadership and Team Management Skills: Proven ability to guide and develop a team effectively, with a strong orientation towards team growth and development.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation: Experience in building and executing long-term organizational strategies.
- Training and Development Expertise: Ability to design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Strategic Thinking and Visionary Goal Setting: Strong strategic mindset with the capability to set and achieve visionary goals.
* Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing a company of 20 or more people.
- Experience in presentation to executives of Japanese or overseas companies.
