We are seeking a Junior Planner to join our team in Vietnam. The Junior Planner will support various research tasks, assist in developing frameworks for proposals, and leverage knowledge of AI tools and programming languages like Python to enhance our strategic planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research Support: Assist in conducting market research, including desk research, surveys, and in-depth interviews to  gather insights that inform strategic planning and creative development.
- Proposal Development: Mass-produce frameworks for proposals by synthesizing research findings into actionable strategies that align with client objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior planners, creative teams, and account managers to ensure that insights are effectively translated into compelling marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Utilize AI tools and programming skills, particularly in Python, to analyze data sets and generate insights that support decision-making processes.
- Presentation Preparation: Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides to communicate strategies and proposals clearly to clients.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to inform planning processes and maintain a competitive edge.

- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or strategic planning roles. Having at least 1 year experience in a multinational agency in Vietnam is a plus.

1. Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools relevant to marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (especially PowerPoint/Google Slides) for proposal creation.

2. Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
