We are seeking a Investment Manager to oversee and enhance our real estate investment portfolio. The candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a keen understanding of market dynamics to drive profitable investment decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Business plan scrutiny (profitability, product planning, sales plan, time schedule, development structure).
- Market research, analysis of real estate appraisal results.
- Preliminary management of real estate projects.
- Negotiation of new real estate development projects and liaison with local developers.
- At least 5 years of experience (in either financial accounting, taxation, forecasting, market research, or real estate appraisal) related to real estate.
- English business level.
- PC skills (Microsft Office), presentation skills.
- University degree in finance and accounting.

- Outgoing and sociable (able to interact cheerfully with all partners and act as a point of contact with Japan in order to develop new projects).
- Patience (negotiating new deals is hard work, so you need to have the patience to keep up and be physically and mentally healthy).

- Self-motivated (for a post with the possibility of promotion and wider responsibilities).

- Experience working in the investment department of a developer.
- Experience working for finance related [financial institutions, audit firms, etc.], real estate agent firms, market research firms.
- Experience in residential real estate development.
- Experience working for a foreign or Japanese company.
- Experience in private real estate investment.
