We are seeking a Import/Export cum GA Staff member to join our team. This role primarily focuses on managing import/export operations while supporting general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Import/export operations (main operations)
- For the time being, products will be imported from Japan and the Philippines.
2. GA duties (sub-task: in common with accounting positions.)
- Support for the establishment of representative offices, local corporations and factories.
- General operations related to office management (handling office operations, dealing with government offices, preparing labour contracts, maintaining internal regulations, etc.)
- Market research/market development support (e.g. preparation of materials and research of company information)
- Translation/interpretation work.
- Business trip support (e.g. hotel/car rental arrangements for expatriates)
