D&E Administration Staff is responsible for general admin tasks and supporting document control in the Design & Engineering department.
* Responsibilities:
* Administration work
- Sign and stamp record entry, stamping work, day labor workers management for stamping work, etc.
* Document controller
- Storing data received from internal and external members (drawings, related documents, etc.) in the internal cloud, managing In/Out records, and announcing to team members.
- Organizing and storing material samples
- Supporting the administrative documents related to Design & construction: Scanning drawings and documents, organizing data, and uploading to the cloud
* Admin works for Design department and Engineering department
* Design expertise and Engineering skills are not required
