General Affairs staff is responsible for handling overall administrative tasks and supporting communication between the local office and Japan headquarters. This role includes translation, simple accounting support, SNS updates.
* Responsibilities:
- Communication and coordination with the Japan headquarters (emails, document sharing, etc.)
- Interpretation and translation between Japanese and Vietnamese
- Support for updating and managing company SNS accounts
- Assistance with payment and receipt processing (bookkeeping, simple expense tracking, etc.)
- Coordination with accounting consultants and preparation of related documents.
- General administrative tasks including office supply management and purchasing.
- Support for visiting business travelers.
