General Affairs Staff manages factory administrative activities to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace, covering facilities, safety, and supplies. The role also involves fire prevention and organizing internal events.
* Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate administrative work at the factory (catering, uniforms, cleaning, security, employee shuttle bus, waste, etc.).
- In charge of work related to labor safety, compliances, environment, fire prevention and fighting (FFD), corporate with other sections to fullfil the factory certificates.
- Manage facilities, periodic administrative expenses and consumables (office supplies, protective equipments, uniforms, …) ensuring efficient and cost-effective usage.
- Plan and support organizing internal factory events, other activities, and resolve arising issues within the factory.
