Admin Manager is responsible for handling administrative, accounting, and HR tasks, including payments, payroll, and recruitment. In the early stage, this role requires flexibility to manage all back-office duties and support interpretation if needed.
* Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Operations
- Payment operations, issuance, and management of invoices; Initially, this includes payments for importing machinery from Japan, expense reimbursements for taxis, dining, etc.
- Coordination with accounting firms (it's undecided what will be outsourced and what will be handled in-house)
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements (if possible)
2. HR and GA Operations
- Attendance management, payroll, and social insurance matters
- Development and implementation of internal regulations
- Support for recruitment activities
3. Other
- Ability to flexibly handle tasks arising from the factory opening
- For at least one year after establishment, there will be one person as back-office staff.
- There is a possibility of interpretation work involving business trips.
