We are seeking a Senior HR Staff member to lead the implementation and management of our new Compensation & Benefits (C&B) system. This role involves close collaboration with the Japanese General Director, the Vietnamese Accounting Manager to enhance our HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Work on installing the new Compensation & Benefits (C&B) System.
- Update salary packages.
- Establish a new evaluation system.
- Instill these systems in the employees.
*Note: The role primarily involves collaboration with the Japanese General Director (GD) and the Vietnamese Accounting Manager. (Including external consultants.)
<Sub Duties>
- Handle salary-related tasks, including attendance management, payroll calculation, social insurance, and personal income tax (PIT)
- Recruitment duties, though minimal, as we maintain a high retention rate
*Note: Additionally, there is one employee who handles general affairs as an HR/GA staff member.
