The HR & GA Assistant Manager will support the development and management of human resources and general affairs functions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance personnel systems, HR development, and administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
<HR Work Scope>
- Support for creating personnel and evaluation systems as instructed by the JP-MGR
- Support for building a HR development system
- Management of each section (management of HR/GA leaders)
- Planning and execution of recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, in-house training, etc.
<GA Work Scope>
- Interactions and coordination with government agencies, external consultants, and labor unions, etc.
- Management of contracts and legal matters
- Management of the HR/GA department budgets
- Other duties as instructed by the JP-MGR
