The HR Section Chief is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities for our offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Phnom Penh, and Myanmar. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and social compliance standards, manages recruitment and training needs, and fosters positive labor relations while controlling turnover rates.
Responsibilities:
- Cover HR activities of Ho Chi Minh Office, Phnompenh Office, Myanmar Office.
- Manage and ensure all HR activities including compensation, benefits, insurance comply with the Labor Law and Social Compliant.
- Monitor effective recruitment labor and make the training needs.
- Deploy appraisal rule, make appraisal data, appraisal result.
- Develop the labor relationship and control turnoverate.
- Making HR reports such as manpower, costing and others.
- Other HR and supportive activities.
