We are seeking a dedicated HR & General Affairs Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks to ensure efficient operations within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Aggregate and manage employee work hours on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and submit various reports including company production status and occupational safety.
- Administer social, medical, and workers' compensation insurance for employees.
- Maintain accurate storage of documents and materials, both digital and paper formats.
- Handle email communications, and manage labor contracts and employee resumes.
- Process internal information such as paid leave notifications and absenteeism reports, and escalate relevant details to supervisors.
- Manage correspondence related to company salary and bonus plans.
- Assist in developing recruitment plans and strategies.
- Coordinate and plan training programs for new employees.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
