The HR-GA Staff provides full admin and logistics support to Japanese employees. Main duties include arranging travel, housing, visas, health check-ups, handling payments, courier services, office supplies, and other admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Booking air ticket, booking hotel.
- Arrange vehicle upon request for Japanese.
- Finding house and follow payment for house owners and support other incurred matter for Japanese.
- Making the entry visa letter and support collect documents to make Work permit, Visa, Resident card for Japanese.
- Support health check-up for Japanese.
- Monthly follow and check payment sending express, stationery, water, hotel, flight ticket…
- Booking courier services and resolving complaints about courier services.
- Order water for office.
- Making name cards.
- Receiving, distributing and delivering letters.
- Other requests arising from managers.
