Mô tả công việc

The HR L&D Staff handles HR policies on compensation, benefits, and labor laws. Key tasks include setting salary scales, managing payroll, ensuring tax and insurance compliance, and building employee evaluation systems. 

Responsibilities:

- Create the salary scale regard to market of position; personal ability and PJ's budget and propose to line Manager for issuance and applying for each PJ.
- Create and propose the policy about labor laws; allowance and benefit; rewards and discipline (base on GGM requirement; group's  orientation; regard to laws; update/follow the market; etc…) to line Manager for issuance and applying for each PJ; be responsibilities on total rewards.
- In charge of salary calculation and disbursement.
- Accurately calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in compliance with the law.
- Follow up monthly SHUI calculation, declaration & payment, reconciliation with Payroll, and SHUI report.
- Create periodic evaluation form for each job positions then propose to line Manager for issuance and applying for each PJ.
- Systemize qualify of employee for group, make sure the consistence of work capacity between PJs within group.
- Survey and create plan for developing team (training and improving of PJ's culture).
- Update the current policies (Working time policy...) and procedures (leave/overtime submission procedures…) to make sure that all the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements/Company's strategies.
- Build up and control budget; update and report as per requirements.
- Coordinate with other team member to work smoothly and overall reviewing other tasks of other team member before propose to line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Experiences:
- Have at least 03 years of experience at the same position in the Comercial area (focus on Building - Office & Retail operation, Property management) and proficient in C&B and Building up Policy/ Total Rewards System.
- Degree: University degree related to Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.

* Personality:
- Proactive: always ready to take on tasks and complete work without needing reminders.
- Flexible: ability to adapt to situations and changes quickly.
- Collaborative: ability to work in a team and coordinate well with colleagues.
- HR Service mindset: Be approachable, helpful, and professional while interacting with employees and focusing on finding solutions to their needs.
- Japanese skill is plus.
- Experience working in Japanese/ real estate company is plus.

* Benefits: 
- Bonus: Approximately 1.5 months salary.
- Salary increase: Once a year.
