The HR/GA Staff is responsible for managing payroll, including incentive calculations for sales staff, handling employee insurances, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll calculation (Excel)
∟Including incentive calculations for sales staff
- Handle employee social, union, and other insurances.
- PIT calculation and filing.
- Updating labor regulations and submitting them to the government.
- Airline and hotel reservations.
- Handling work permits and entry visas for foreign staff and their families (in cooperation with agents).
- Support for planning company trips.
- Interpretation/translation support for future Japanese managers.
