Mô tả công việc

The HR & GA Specialist is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and human resources tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company. This role involves overseeing office management, supporting company operations, and handling HR-related duties, particularly for foreign staff and their families.

Responsibilities:

1. Admin tasks
- Managing office assets, equipments and office expense (Printer, fax, phone, drinking water, rental car, taxi, mail, laptop, desktop, software, company email, domain, parking service, rental office, stationery, uniform, office cleaning service, etc) .
- Managing company server: creating/ deleting user, managing access system,etc.
- Arranging business trip for other staffs: Flight booking, hotel reservation, visa, etc.
- Arranging Company car/ taxi.
- Working with The authorities about Company’s licenses such as ERC, IRC, BL, etc (renewal, extension, update, change, etc).
- Consulting the Director on operation management, issuing internal regulations/ finacial reglations, monitoring the implementation of these regulations.
- Organizing and arranging Company trip, annual Health-check and other internal events (if any).
- Working with Head Quarter in Japan when required.
- Registering /changing Long-term Loan information with The State Bank
- Preparing monthly Petty Cash Book 
- Supporting accountant on collecting VAT invoice. 
- Other Admin tasks as assigned.

2. HR tasks
- Monitoring and handling local regulatory requirements for foreign staffs and their family members, including but not limited to work permit, entry visa, temporary residence card etc…
- Timekeeping, salary-bonus calculation, preparing PIT monthly declaration, PIT finalization, dependent registration, etc.
- Handling Social insurance, labor union and other insurances for employees (Healthcare, Incident, assets, etc.)
- Recruitment, preparing Labor Contract and others HR documents (Appendix of Labor contract, decision of terminating Labor Contract, PIT deduction voucher, etc).
+ Preparing Admin- HR report to submit to the authorities such as: Labor Report, Accident report, etc.
+ Saving and filing Admin-HR documents.
+ Other HR tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from University or above.
- 3-5 years or more experience in similar position. 
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, friendly and responsible for the assigned tasks.
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) or Japanese N2.
