We are seeking a Customer Service Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery planning and execution, managing customer orders, and handling various declarations for imported and exported cargo.
Responsibilities:
- Create delivery plans for customers.
- Manage purchase orders (PO) from customers and work closely with them to ensure deliveries meet their requirements.
- Handle precursor and chemical declarations for imported and exported cargo (if applicable).
- Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers.
- Control & manage NG & replace to customers.
- Be responsible for placing purchase orders (PO) with suppliers; follow up and control these materials to meet the company's timing and reliability standards.
- Purchase materials based on purchase requisitions or forecasts from the sales team, following the purchasing procedures and company policies.
- Take the lead in your role and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly.
- Other related tasks will be adjusted and assigned by the manager.
- Report to the Section Manager.
