As a Business Planning Manager, you will support the GD by focusing on strategic planning, execution, and reporting. Play a key role in drafting and implementing business plans that contribute to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating and supporting the execution of business strategies and plans
- Project management and performance reporting
- Conducting financial analysis, cost management, and proposing strategies to improve profitability
- Coordinating between departments and allocating resources efficiently
- Providing operational support that aligns with Vietnam's legal regulations and business customs
- University degree or higher (preference for MBA holders).
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a foreign-owned manufacturing company's Vietnamese sales subsidiary (small to medium scale).
- Proven track record in planning and executing business strategies.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and cost control.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Highly motivated, with a strong drive for achieving goals and taking initiative.
- Proactive problem-solver with flexible thinking.
- Able to demonstrate leadership and support the team in achieving organizational objectives.
- Experience in business planning or business operations is plus.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese business customs and regulations is plus.
