1. Qualification:
- Able to communicate in English in Business-level.
- Efficient with Office software.
- Bachelor's degree (Preferable: Master of Business Administration).
2. Knowledge:
- All Brand & Digital Marketing Channel System & Appropriate KPI setting.
- Management Knowledge.
3. Experiences:
- At least 3 years’ experience as Brand Communication Executive.
- At least 3 years Management Experience.
- (Preferable) 3 years’ experience of Brand Communication Manager.
4. Soft Skills /Competencies required for the job
- Leadership Skill.
- Communication Skill to proceed smoothly with relevant Department HEAD.
- Facilitation Skill to clarify the Issues & Direction.
- Logical thinking & Analysis skill.
- Analytics Skill.
5. Other requirements:
- Experience in food & beverage or FMCG industry.
- Experience in Brand Marketing.
- Marketing research experience.
- Interest or background experience about health, Nutrition and cooking.
- Business level Japanese is a plus.
