- Translation, Interpretation (Japanese – Vietnamese and Vietnamse – Japanese).
- Being in charge of some administrative tasks:
- Asset and equipment management.
- Procurement and distribution of working equipment and stationery according to regulations.
- Manage contracts, records.
- Prepare periodical reports to departments, internal reports.
- Procedures related to foreigners: renting a house, booking tickets, applying for visas, temporary residence cards...
- Supporting sales department: packing, delivery to the carrier...
- Warehouse management by using Fast software (managing export, import, inventory, inventory, preservation ...)
- Implementing some accounting jobs as a staff (such as issuing VAT invoices, vouchers, etc).
- Reporting directly to GA-HR manager.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors and the Company's management.

- Graduated with Japanese major and have basic accounting knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
- Foreign languages: Japanese required (N2 or equivalent), English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficient in office computing.
- Good communication skills.
- Honesty, enthusiasm, responsibility, ability to work in a team.
