1. Administrative & receptionist task
- In charge & manage the company stamp in the Hanoi Office.
- In charge the preparation, organization, and greeting of guests at the Hanoi Office.
- In charge all management and operation of facilities, suppliers and procedures related to contracts, payment for general services of the Admin department in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh offices. Such as: office rental services, meeting rooms, projector, photocopier, courier service, internet, electricity, water, sanitation, other equipment.
- Participate in the organization of duties of Admin Department such as: organizing periodic health checks, company trip, internal communication events.
- In charge of booking ticket and hotel for employee in Hanoi office for business trip purpose.
- In charge prepare payment document for business expense for Japanese expats.
2. Translating task: Translate documents of the administrative department Vietnamese ⇔ English as required.
