Mô tả công việc

- Company-wide human resource development strategy, budget-related cost formulation (salary , training costs, social insurance , health insurance, uniform fees, etc)
- To organize departments, organization, functions and obligations)
- To Build allowances for payroll tables
- Formulation of labor regulations
- Recruitment, training, appointment, rewarding, discipline, evaluation for employees
- Coordinate with unions to contribution for CSR
- Handling labor disputes
- Issuance of internal correspondence
- Recruitment and training
- Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly plans for recruitment, training and skill up
- Properly recruitment based on the conditions from the requesting department. Human resources planning to be useful the company's strategy
- Payroll and insurance
- Supervise payroll payments on time according to company regulations (maintain the current)
- Manage insurance contract (increase, decrease, illness, childbirth, etc.) (Maintain the status quo)
- Management relating
- Securing logistics services to ensure work at the company: Management of employee cafeteria
-Visitor reception, uniform arrangement, medical staff management, shuttle bus, pickup
- Ensure communication between companies and city agencies (SHTP,Labor Bureau)
- Management of administrative and legal procedures for new issuance / modification /supplementation of investment licenses and registration certificates
- Arrangement domestic and foreign customers and business trippers
- Support for Japanese expatriates: airline tickets, apartments, customers, business trippers bookings, hotels, visas, pass ports, work permits, temporary stay cards.
- Make sure that the operations of the General Affairs Department comply with company policies and regulations.
- Manage all staff in the general department-Human resources department
- Responsible for resolving, proposing, inspecting, and handling issues related to the Criminal Administration Office

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 5 years of experience in equivalent positions in HR management and management
- Management experience (more than assistant manager level)
- Business level English
- Can take leadership as a superior staff member
- Can make a plan
- Can organize your work and supervise the staff yourself
- Reports can be analyzed and created
- Excellent communication (can understand what the other person is saying)
- Ability to negotiate externally

Prefer : 

- Can speak Japanese is better
- Management experience in a big company
