We are seeking a Worker Recruitment Expert to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a robust workforce by enhancing recruitment strategies and promoting employee retention.
Responsibilities:
- Securing the sufficient workers, by reinforce worker recruitment, promote worker retention.
- All planning related to worker recruitment recruitment.
- Analysis of worker recruitment and retirements and proposals for improvement measures to the company.
- Worker recruitment interviews (several interviewees are in HR)
1. Experience
- More than 5 years' experience focusing on worker recruitment.
- Having a strong achievement of recruiting large numbers of workers.
- Having a skill, know-how, connections to accomplish the mission,
such as connection with local governments, utilizing SNS strongly, recruitment of living far away.
2. Communication
- Second language to repot to Japanese manager.
└ Either English or Japanese (Intermediate - Advanced)
└ 1st preference is English, and then Japanese is 2nd preferable
3. Personality
- A person who can promote worker recruitment, proactively, energetic, assertively.
- Must be resilient under pressure.
- More than 10 years' experience focusing on worker recruitment is more preferable.
