The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key executive role responsible for establishing and implementing HR strategies that align with and support the company's mission and strategic vision. The CHRO will lead the development of innovative HR systems and processes, ensuring they effectively address the needs of the organization and its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Design innovative personnel systems including compensation and benefits (C&B), evaluation and grading systems (HRBP), education and training (L&D), etc.
- Listening to the voices of frontline members and effectively incorporating their feedback into systems and policies via operating and supporting the HRBP model.
- Formulate and implement HR plans and strategies to effectively support the accomplishment of the company’s overall business operational goals.
- Cooperation with Japanese sides and the Global Section at the Head Office.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing time and attendance, other compliance and governance checks, career development, succession planning, retention, and talent acquisition globally.
- Work with the Board of Directors on other tasks.
- A minimum with at least three years of work experience as a CHRO or similar role (experiencein a foreign-invested company with 200 - 500 employees is preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of all the Human Resources functions.
- Ability to offer suggestions and opinions to the Board of Directors.
- Strong in promoting skills development.
