Waterproofing Sales is responsible for selling waterproofing solutions to various construction sectors including civil, industrial, commercial, and residential. The role involves building client relationships, offering technical support, and working with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
* Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for waterproofing solutions across civil, industrial, commercial and residential projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, applicators, consultants, architects, and distributors.
- Achieve sales targets, expand market share, grown revenue in the assigned market.
* TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
- Provide technical advice product recommendations and application methods for various waterproofing systems (e.g., liquid membranes, bituminous systems cementitious, PU, epoxy, TPO/PVC membranes)
- Assist customers and applicators in proper use of installation of products.
* REPORTING & COORDINATION:
- Prepare sales forecast, reports and customer visit summaries
- Coordinate with logistics, technical, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery, payment collection and after sales service.
- Gather and report on competitor activity, market trends, and construction project pipelines.
* SALES DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for waterproofing industries.
- Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying projects and clients in pre-construction and construction stages.
- Participate in tender process and provide commercial/technical input to win specification.
