Sales Expert is responsible for supporting existing clients through regular field visits and technical guidance, while also exploring new business opportunities. The role includes collecting farm data and supervising part of the sales team.

* Responsibilities:

- Mainly take care of the existing clients.
- Conduct regular visit to clients' field.
- Collect information on sample, exchange technical information at the farms.
- New business development as well.
- Manage a part of the sales staffs.

- At least 5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
  (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural machinery, or food processing)
- At least basic understanding of agricultural cultivation practices.
- English proficiency for internal communication.

* Preferred Skills:
- Especially experience in the seed, fertilizer, or pesticide industry.
- Degree in agriculture or a related field.
- Sales management experience at a Japanese or other foreign company.
