Sales Support staff is responsible for assisting the sales team in handling client communication, preparing documents, and coordinating delivery schedules. This position helps ensure smooth sales operations and supports Japanese visitors when needed.
* Responsibilities:
- General sales and coordination tasks related to sewing thread and textile material products:
- Preparing quotations and contracts for clients.
- Handling client communications and inquiries.
- Providing shipping instructions and managing delivery schedules with production and processing factories.
- Attending and interpreting for visitors from Japan.
- Occasional business trips to Southern Vietnam (1–2 times per year).
