Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a Tour Operator to join our dynamic team at a travel agency specializing in arranging tours to Southeast Asia and Central Asia. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our tour operations, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently arrange and manage accommodations, transportation (buses), tour guides, and other essential services for our tours.
- Provide exceptional support to both tour operators and tourists, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the tours. This includes handling emergencies such as lost passports and assisting injured or sick guests.

Business Overview:
- Primarily focused on organizing group tours originating from Japan.
- Handle occasional incidents such as passport loss or medical emergencies, which occur approximately twice a year.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience in the travel, hotel industry or customer service.
└Even if you have no experience in the industry, you can apply if you love traveling and are willing to learn.
- Japanese: Above N2 level (ability to communicate with Japanese customers).
- English: Reading/ writing level.
- Basic PC/MS skills.
- Those who can flexibly respond to sudden issues regardless of the time of day.
- People who can work long-term.
