We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in the maintenance and repair of high-frequency power supplies, units, and boards.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair services for high-frequency power supplies, units, boards, etc. (at customer's local factories in Vietnam or in-house).
- If the repair destination is a Japanese factory, the person in charge is often Japanese.
- Repair reports to the Japanese headquarters in Japanese.
* Currently, business trips are about once every 2-3 months, but may occur more frequently in the future (as semiconductor companies are expanding into Vietnam one after another)
- University graduate (engineering department).
- Japanese (N2 level).
- 2-3 years of experience at an electromechanical manufacturer.
- Able to commute to work by yourself.
- Cheerful and energetic: Personality is important as the job involves talking to customers, handling complaints, and repairs.
