* Responsibilities:
- Receive technical support requests from distributors and partners related to valves, expansion joints, rubber joints, and vibration isolators.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and factories to resolve technical issues and provide solution consulting.
- Update technical information and product usage guidelines for distributors and customers.
- Participate in preparing quotations when technical and commercial coordination is required.
- Use internal systems to prepare technical reports and data statistics.
- Support coordination of technical orders in projects.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
