Mô tả công việc

1. Account Management (RA)

We are currently hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant who will take on a hybrid role involving both Recruitment Account Management (RA) and Career Advisory (CA) responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in headhunting, who enjoys working directly with clients and supporting candidates through every step of the recruitment process.

-  Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service.
-  Engage directly with Vietnamese clients to gather job details and match needs.
-  Clarify job briefs to Career Advisory (CAs) and upload reviewed CVs.
-  Coordinate all recruitment steps: interviews, offers, start dates, etc.
-  Manage and negotiate recruitment service contracts.
-  Expand client portfolio through networking and business development.

2. Career Advisory (CA)

-  Analyze client job requirements and scope the candidate search.
-  Source and screen candidates from job portals (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo).
-  Manage job postings and expand candidate network.
-  Conduct interviews and assess candidate competencies.
-  Prepare candidates for interviews, negotiate offers, and guide through onboarding.

Yêu cầu công việc

-  3–4 years professional experience, with 2–3 years recent recruitment/headhunting.
-  Headhunt experience is a plus
-  Bachelor’s degree or higher.
-  Strong communication and logical thinking.
-  Intermediate or higher English OR Japanese proficiency.
