Customer Service cum Logistics Staff is responsible for managing import logistics and supporting business operations between Vietnamese and Japanese partners. The role includes handling food imports, customs, sales documents, and exhibition activities.
* Responsibilities:
- Handling logistics, customs clearance procedures, and practical operations related to the import of food products (especially refrigerated and frozen goods).
- Managing the import and handling of Japanese products (food, daily goods, etc.).
- Researching and developing new suppliers to support the marketing business.
- Coordination with Vietnamese companies and stakeholders, including Japanese companies, overseas offices, and agents, regarding debt collection and payment.
- Preparing sales quotations, estimates, and cost estimates for partner companies; supporting export operations and overseas business trips (when necessary).
- Handling participation in exhibitions in Vietnam, sample exports, product registration, and procedures for in-house product imports.
- Supporting Japanese and Vietnamese staff in their operations and handling other tasks as required.
