Mô tả công việc

- Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
- Performing analysis, forecasting the hiring needs of the departments and working closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
- Research and build the new talent acquisition tools/ ideas/ strategies in order to remain on the sustainability recruitment.
- Coordinate with Head Department to build Job description/ KPI/ Test for each position, update and change.
- Build potential candidate bank, work and maintain good relationships with different recruitment channels and headhunt firms to get good recruitment services, and qualified candidates.
- Designing, planning, and executing recruitment and selection processes (e.g. screen CV and conduct interviews, administer tests (if any), offers, onboarding, coordinate with Hiring manager to build & evaluate a probationary program, etc).
- Provide recruitment status reports to Manager and analyze recruitment metrics, developing action plans based on results.
- Performing employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommending measures to improve employee retention.
- Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience;
- All other duties as required by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field.
- 5-7 years full cycle recruitment in FMCG companies required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
- Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively to problem solve and effectively communicate possible solutions and improvements to programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building skills within the department, across departments, and externally.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service attitude
- Positive, professional disposition and flexibility to handle regular interruptions and unexpected changes to workflow.
- Good at English (both speaking and writing).
- Knowledge of MBTI, DISC, BSC, KPI.
