The Security Operations Office Staff is responsible for acquiring and applying knowledge of security services within the office environment. This role involves direct interaction with customers to tailor security plans, coordination with the sales department, and acting as a liaison between Vietnamese section chiefs and Japanese managers.
Responsibilities:
1. Six months to one year of work after joining the company
- Will acquire knowledge about security services in the office.
- The first step is to learn about security services in the office.
- Revise the plan according to the customer's request.
- Interview customers about documents required for starting security services.
- Provide customers with information on devices necessary to start security services.
- Coordination with the sales department.
2. Work after 6 months to 1 year
- Extraction of problems related to current security.
- Site inspection and proposal for improvement of security operation.
- Bridging between Vietnamese section chiefs and Japanese managers.
- Interpretation duties.
