- Supporting the Sales team in pricing, preparing quotations and estimates for contract negotiations; supporting the negotiation process.
- Prepares sales contracts/proposals based on approved proposals and ensuring all external proposals are accompanied by our standard terms & conditions of carriage & credit.
- Actively engage with the operations and other departments in defining and documenting standard operating procedures for specific contracts as a part of the negotiation process.
- Finalize contracts/proposals after including any changes required by customer and ensuring all authorized signatories sign the final draft of the contract/proposal.
- Ensure all appropriate contract records (system files and hard copy) are maintained.
- Any other related duties assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.

- At least 2 years' experience in the relevant (Sales/ Sales Support/ Customer Service).
- Knowledge in freight forwarding is a must.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Excel and operational system.
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
- Follow-up on pending issues and orders.
- Able to effectively solve problems.
- Japanese with N2 level.
- Reading & Writing by English.
