The Sales Staff will play a crucial role in driving business growth by focusing on tenant leasing for rental warehouses and sales for construction projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Tenant leasing for rental warehouses at DPL Vietnam Minh Quang.
└ This also includes negotiating contract terms and reviewing contracts.
2. Sales for construction projects such as factories, warehouses, and offices.
└ Gather information mainly from industrial parks, government-related entities, and real estate intermediaries to obtain leads that could result in construction orders.
3. Research of real estate development in Vietnam and planning for new projects.
4. Preparation of proposal documents and other related paperwork.

- Over 5 years of sales & marketing in the following areas:
- Experience in industrial parks or government agencies.
- Experience related to the construction industry, such as with general contractors.
- Experience in consulting for inviting and supporting companies' overseas expansion.
** Experience in the construction or property industry is more desirable but not essential.
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- No gender preference.
- No age preference (however, candidates must have over 5 years of experience in the aforementioned areas)
* Preferred Skills:
- It would be even better if you can speak Japanese too.
- Already having personal connection and network for Job Description 2.
- It would be advantageous to have a real estate brokerage license.
* Benefits:
- Salary increase: Once a year, in December or when renewing Labor Contract.
- 13th month Salary is to be paid in Dec.

- Interim allowance is to be paid in Jul. and Jan. based on half-year sale order results.
